Team sports teach kids fundamental skills for life — how to win, how to lose, resolve conflict, build resilience, build confidence and mateship. Sports also keep kids clean and achieve more in life. But many families can’t afford to put their kids in team sports, so they’re never exposed to the benefits.
GROW BY ANDREW SPARKS™ is a partner program that donates sporting equipment for kids in need. Our mission is to support 1,000 kids every year to achieve their sporting goals.
For every new member that joins AS Bootcamp™, we provide sporting footwear for one child in their chosen sport.
For every new member that joins AS Boardroom™, we provide one child a gear bag with a full training kit, sporting footwear, a water bottle and towel.

We also sponsor and provide resources for a select number of high potential kids. These sponsorship opportunities include sporting fees for a full season, a gear bag with a full training and playing kit, sporting footwear, a water bottle and towel, as well as the financial resources to attend relevant skills development training to achieve their potential in their chosen sport.
